Landlord Protection Services Overview

Assurance Protection Group is comprised of Landlords, Attorneys, Collection Experts and Technology specialists. We have formulated comprehensive patented systems for default management, Tenant qualification, status maintenance, continued monitoring, on going evaluation and collections. This system is based on the ability to collect.

To guarantee the quality of our systems we will offer you up to 12 different service options (Protection Plans) with our guarantees. These service options (Protection Plans) will pay your losses from $300 to $1,400 depending on the Service and Protection Plan purchased should the Tenant default. No catch, no gimmicks.

Our Landlord Service and Protection Plans begin the collection process before a default or breach of lease ever occurs. It is our job to assume the worst case scenario and be prepared if and when the Tenant breaches. The following Service Option (Protection Plans) descriptions allow us to make guarantees to the Landlord of up front reimbursement (please see terms & conditions) for their losses. We maintain on going information provided by the Landlord/Management regarding the Tenants and their compliance with the lease agreement. This file is maintained with a systematic approach designed to make collections from the Tenant possible. This can make a significant difference if collection efforts due to breach or default are ever needed.

These Service & Protection Plan include a $300 to $500 guarantee.

Service & Protection Plans 4 through 6 - Our Standard Service

In addition to all of the services provided in Protection Plans 1 through 3, these services include interactive email communication (upon request) between our specialists and the Landlord/Management. If the Landlord/Manager notifies us that their may be a problem with Tenant compliance, we will monitor the Tenants status and communicate our findings to you (via email) as needed.

These Service & Protection Plans Include a $600 to $800 guarantee.

Service & Protection Plans 7 through 9 - Our Advanced Services

In addition to all of the services provided in Protection Plans 1 through 6, these services allows us to actively evaluate the Tenants status as needed through our information systems and communications with the Landlord. This on going analysis of the Tenant status will allow us to prepare and plan for aggressive collections management should the Tenant breach the lease agreement.
These Service & Protection Plans Include a $900 to $1,100 guarantee.

Service & Protection Plans 10 through 12 - Our Comprehensive Services

In addition to all of the services included in Protection Plans 1 through 9, these services allows us to build and manage a portfolio on the violating Tenant for a complete collection case. This will involve input from our Collections Experts and Attorneys. Once the Tenant violates the terms of your lease we can (with notification from the Landlord) begin the collections process.

Default Management Services

Our consultation and input throughout the default process will increase with each level of Service & Protection Plan.

Required Default Management Plans

In the event that the prospective Tenant has viability issues, we will offer additional required services. The services will allow us to provide intensive management of the Tenant's stats and files. These services will be charged as a one-time default management fee (can be paid over 6 monthly payments for no additional charge) in additional to the monthly management fee.

Protection Plan Guarantees

Once you have been awarded a monetary judgment by the court, we will forward your chosen Protection Plan Guaranty amount to you. Their will be no waiting for a collection process.

Our Collection Process

Our fees for legal and any other collection costs will only be charged against the amounts collected from the former Tenant. The balance will then be forwarded to you. We follow all federal and state regulations in our collection process. We use collection letter campaigns, telephone efforts, skip tracing, credit bureaus, legal services and much more. Any fees or costs for our collection process will be deducted from the amounts collected only. It is our goal to recover 100% of the money due.

Our web based collection platform is a simple and easy to use system with no software to buy. Our licensed and insured nationwide collection partners include a network of attorneys that cover all 3,124 counties that make up the United States. Once the Landlord Notifies APG that an eviction has been filed, they will be assigned a login ID and a password which will allow the Landlord access to our system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Landlord will also be assigned an individual Account Manager that will assist them in monitoring their collections cases.
